So one of the many reasons I haven't posted in while (besides deadlines and dissertation meetings - I love third year) is all of the committee and forum meetings that have been going on around the University!!
Now, these meetings are a peculiar concept that I still don't quite understand, but no fear! I have a trusty (and colour co-ordinated) diagram to help straighten everything out! The main idea is that forums are open to all, with an open discussion about anything concerning that particular forum.
Then certain individuals from those forums go on to represent in the committee meetings - a selective version of a forum with a more structured agenda. Do you follow so far?
Then THOSE committees lead into Student Senate, the big cheese when it comes to meetings at the SU. From this Senate, action on the ideas made in the forums can be made, making everyone happy! Got it?
